    Melvin S. Cole has over 30 years of experience in project management, the preparation of construction documents, including contracts and specifications, and construction administration. He has been involved in several hundred projects throughout the State of Maine that range in size from small oil tank replacements to multi-million dollar schools, hospitals, banks, office buildings, churches and prisons.

    NBC, Inc. has been in business for over ten years, providing construction services to the building industry. These services include Project Management, Construction Administration, Quality Control, Facility Management Plans and Owner's Representative. Currently, NBC, Inc. is contracted with Hampden Academy for upgrades and renovations to Wing 2 that involve ventilators and air conditioning systems; as well as ADA bathroom renovations in the Smith, Newburgh and Weatherbee schools.
